Duties & Responsibilities:

Marc Ellis is seeking a Technical Analyst for a 6-month contract in Abu Dhabi. If you have expertise in Installation, Configuration, and Technical Administration of Payments/Compliance Solutions, this opportunity is for you. You will be responsible for providing technical support, interacting with vendor support, conducting technical assessments for audit reviews, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring system performance and compliance with IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical 1st line support and ad-hoc reports.

Interact with vendor support for maintenance and support escalations.

Support audit reviews with technical assessments.

Troubleshoot incidents and maintain system performance.

Escalate management, risk, and high-priority cases.

Ensure compliance with IT standards and procedures.

Deliver IT project tasks within specified timelines.

Support business continuity and maintain service levels.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

5-7 years of experience in technical support or a related role.

Expertise in Installation, Configuration, and Technical Administration of Payments/Compliance Solutions.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with IT project management and delivery.

Knowledge of IT standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Information:

Contract duration: 6 months (Abu Dhabi).

Immediate availability preferred.
