Job Description

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Operations / Facilities team in Dubai. The role is essential for ensuring the smooth management of Jointly Owned Properties (JOPs), where technical coordination, regulatory compliance, and documentation are paramount. This position supports various teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and adherence to UAE property laws.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, the Technical Administrator will manage and maintain accurate technical documentation including preventive maintenance schedules, vendor reports, asset registers, and inspection logs. You will play a vital role in technical reporting during Owners Committee (OC) meetings and internal audits, as well as assist in resolving issues related to property operations.

Compliance Management: A core responsibility of this position is ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met in accordance with Dubai’s Law No. 6 of 2019 and RERA guidelines. This includes tracking renewals for AMC contracts, vendor licenses, and insurance documentation while preparing for audits with full transparency and compliance.

Fit-Out Monitoring: You will be actively involved in managing tenant fit-out requests. This includes coordinating inspections, securing necessary approvals, and ensuring the implementation is carried out in accordance with community guidelines. Post-completion inspections and deposit release procedures also fall under your scope of work.

Customer Support & Complaints Handling: You will work closely with the customer service department to help resolve technical complaints raised by residents or property stakeholders. By coordinating with internal departments and maintaining service timelines as per SLAs, you’ll ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction while keeping detailed records within systems like Anacity.

Vendor Coordination & Inspections: The role involves maintaining a reliable vendor database and ensuring that all partners comply with necessary documentation and performance standards. You’ll also conduct regular site inspections, compile quality reports, and support procurement with vendor quotations and technical documentation reviews.
