Company Overview:
Data Direct is a dynamic and growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization located in Muhaisnah, Dubai, seeking experienced professionals to lead our call centre team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of call centre representatives
Ensure team performance meets and exceeds operational targets
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide coaching and training to team members
Resolve escalated customer issues
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in call centre operations or similar supervisory role
Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using call centre management tools and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Work Schedule:
Rotational shifts
6 days per week
1 day rotational off
