Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead a team of validation specialists responsible for reviewing and analyzing mystery shopping data.

Quality Standards: Establish and enforce quality standards for validation procedures, ensuring strict implementation of project QC guidelines.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations to clients.

Reporting: Produce quality monthly reports on shoppers' performances, validation team performances, and other quality-related findings.

Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for the client servicing team regarding validation processes and results.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the validation team.

Issue Resolution: Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the validation process.

Deadline Management: Ensure deliverables are aligned with clients' deadlines.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams within the organization to ensure alignment across all aspects of the mystery shopping process.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the validation team and provide targeted coaching or training as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Presentation Skills: Exceptional presentation skills.

Time Management: Exceptional time management skills.

Leadership & Project Management: Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.

Analytical & Training Skills: Strong analytical, training, and delegation skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical suites is an added advantage.

Proactive Approach: High energy levels, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
