About the Position

Teleperformance is seeking experienced Team Leaders (Arabic-speaking preferred) to join our growing operation in Dubai, UAE. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of customer service professionals, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the training and development of team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives

Monitor and evaluate team performance against quality standards

Provide coaching and training to improve team skills and productivity

Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues

Generate and analyze performance reports

Requirements

Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)

Previous leadership experience in a customer service environment

Basic experience in quality assurance and training (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

Adaptability to changing business needs

Computer proficiency

Job Details

Position Type: Full-Time

Language Requirement: Arabic

Schedule: 6 days per week, fixed shift (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Location: Dubai, UAE
