Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage our women's ready-to-wear department. The ideal candidate will combine luxury retail expertise with strong leadership abilities to drive sales excellence while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team

Create and maintain a culture of excellence and accountability

Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations

Identify training needs and implement development programs

Sales & Performance

Drive department sales performance and achieve targets

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities

Implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue

Ensure achievement of KPIs across all performance metrics

Develop and execute local marketing initiatives

Client Relations

Foster and maintain relationships with VIP clients

Ensure delivery of personalized shopping experiences

Oversee clienteling programs and customer database management

Handle complex customer situations with sophistication

Lead by example in customer service excellence

Operations & Merchandising

Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards

Oversee inventory management and stock control

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and procedures

Collaborate with store management on business strategies

Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations

Required Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of luxury retail experience

Proven track record in a management role

Experience in women's ready-to-wear fashion

Background in high-end customer service

Skills & Knowledge

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellence in luxury client relations

Deep understanding of luxury retail operations

Proficiency in retail management systems

Advanced knowledge of fashion industry trends

Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
