Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to drive performance and lead our real estate team to new heights of success.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to real estate sales team

Develop and implement team performance strategies

Set clear performance goals and metrics for team members

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

Mentor and coach team members to enhance their professional skills

Manage team recruitment, training, and professional development

Ensure team adherence to company sales targets and quality standards

Coordinate and oversee daily team operations

Create and maintain a motivational and high-performance work environment

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate leadership

Demonstrated success in team management and sales performance

Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Advanced communication and negotiation abilities

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
