We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Sharjah. The Talent Development Specialist will be instrumental in designing and delivering engaging training programs, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel. This includes regularly updating training materials to reflect current industry best practices and organizational needs. Additionally, the role involves the implementation and refinement of our performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback support to both managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

A significant aspect of this position is the leadership of various HR projects aimed at process improvement and organizational development. The specialist will be responsible for reporting progress to management and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Furthermore, the Talent Development Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting in candidate screening, onboarding, and identifying talent gaps, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have 3-5 years of experience in talent development, HR projects, or performance management. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential, as is experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and basic recruitment practices.
