Location: Dubai
The Opportunity:
Kids First Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Development Manager to join our HR department in Dubai. This role is crucial for fostering the growth and development of our talent pool and ensuring the future success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities with a focus on talent development.
Manage high-potential and succession planning programs to ensure leadership continuity.
Oversee and manage redundancies, guiding managers through the processes when employees leave the organization.
Report directly to the HR Director and form part of the critical positions within Kids First Group.
Provide strong leadership and contribute meaningfully to the HR dimensions of the Group.
Develop and implement talent development strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs to address gaps.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Development Manager or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to guide and support managers.
Insightful and equipped to contribute strategically to the HR dimensions of the Group.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
