Job Description

PSI CRO is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for assigned positions open across the United States and Canada. As a leading full-service global Contract Research Organization known for predictable patient enrollment and on-time project delivery across multiple therapeutic areas, PSI CRO offers a remote-based role for a recruiter who wants to build deep expertise in clinical research talent acquisition while working within a fast-moving, globally connected organization. This role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, testing, presenting offers, and running reference and background checks.

In this role, you will develop job advertisements and recruitment materials, post and maintain advertisements on career websites and other media platforms, and source potential candidates via job boards, resume databases, and social media. You will utilize referral channels to identify qualified candidates, liaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles, and the full cycle recruitment process, and screen resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience against position requirements. You will organize and schedule interviews, conduct and report on first-stage interviews for various level positions, and develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities while maintaining an effective talent pool. Maintaining a database of applicants and interview outcomes using the applicant tracking system, establishing ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand position requirements and business needs, and advising hiring managers on industry talent acquisition trends and the job market will also form part of your remit. Developing awareness of PSI's business and functional areas to target and hire the best talent, acting as a point of contact for job candidates, promoting PSI's employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process round out the scope of this role. You will also provide progress and analytical recruiting reports on open positions to hiring managers and the Training & Resourcing function, and determine the effectiveness of and implement improvements to current recruiting processes and methods for your assigned positions, all while working remotely from anywhere in Canada.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experience; Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus. You have experience using applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, and/or candidate management systems, along with knowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methods and a working knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices.

Salary:
CAD 75,000 to 85,000 per year
