People & Culture Team – Our People & Culture team with Melanie (Melly) Schildge, Stefanie Henn-Anschütz, Hannah Gessler, Benjamin Trigui, and Valerie accompanies colleagues throughout the entire employee journey and works closely with the departments. We see recruiting not only operationally but also as a strategic lever for our growth. That's where you come in.
End-to-End Recruiting – As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the complete recruiting process from screening to hiring. You'll own the entire candidate journey and ensure every touchpoint reflects our company values of appreciation and professionalism.
Active Sourcing – You will actively source talented candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech communities. Building a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach will be a key aspect of your role in attracting top tech talent.
Cloud and Tech Understanding – Building a deep understanding of cloud technologies, software development roles, and AI solutions is essential. You'll work closely with technical teams to grasp role requirements and identify candidates with the right technical skills and cultural fit.
Process Innovation – You will contribute to the further development of our recruiting processes and enhancement of the candidate experience. Using modern tools and AI in recruiting will help us stay innovative and efficient in our talent acquisition strategies.
Team Collaboration – Participation in events, team days, and location topics in Offenbach is part of the role. You'll collaborate with the People & Culture team and hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with our growth objectives.
Tech Interest Required – Genuine interest in cloud technologies, tech trends, and AI tools is essential for success in this position. This curiosity will help you understand the roles you're recruiting for and engage meaningfully with technical candidates.
