We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an esteemed Abu Dhabi-based entity on a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for the organization. Your primary duties will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the timely fulfillment of vacancies. Additionally, you will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on corporate roles, particularly in supply chain positions. A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools is essential. You must be currently located in the UAE and available to join immediately. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
