Duties & Responsibilities:
Talent Pool Management:
Manage, update, source, and maintain the company’s event talent pool, ensuring it aligns with the company’s objectives.
Provide input to ensure the talent pool and teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
Recruitment Process:
Create and implement an end-to-end hiring process to ensure a positive experience for candidates applying for both the talent pool and internal vacancies.
Design and implement plans and procedures to forecast, prepare, and deliver hiring and talent hunt campaigns for all staffing/manpower projects and requirements.
Hiring and Staffing:
Ensure that talent and staffing needs are being met through effective recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.
Attraction Campaigns:
Implement attraction campaigns to further populate the event talent pool.
Utilize various recruitment channels and marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure candidates are a good fit for the company.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process by ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
Implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
Requirements:
Experience:
5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the event management industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language:
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Location:
Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
