Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate industry.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles within the organization.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

Experience: 5 to 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Dubai real estate sector.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
