Job Description

Role Overview – HMS Hospital Dubai is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced recruitment professionals with strong healthcare sector expertise, medical recruitment capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, source clinical and non-clinical talent, coordinate medical licensing, and support hiring needs within a hospital and healthcare environment.

Healthcare Recruitment and Talent Acquisition – You will manage healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition by leading full-cycle recruitment for medical, clinical, and non-clinical positions (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, administrative staff), developing recruitment strategies for hospital departments, sourcing qualified healthcare professionals, managing recruitment pipelines, and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent across hospital operations.

Medical and Clinical Staff Recruitment – You will recruit medical and clinical staff by sourcing physicians, specialists, consultants, nurses, pharmacists, radiographers, lab technicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals, understanding medical qualifications and specializations, assessing clinical competencies, evaluating international credentials, and securing highly qualified clinical talent for patient care delivery.

Sourcing and Headhunting Strategies – You will develop sourcing and headhunting strategies by utilizing multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, healthcare recruitment platforms, professional associations, social media, employee referrals), conducting proactive headhunting for specialized roles, building talent pools for critical positions, engaging passive candidates, and maintaining robust pipelines of healthcare talent.

Candidate Screening and Assessment – You will screen and assess candidates by reviewing CVs and credentials, verifying medical qualifications and licenses, conducting initial screening interviews, evaluating clinical experience and competencies, assessing cultural fit and communication skills, coordinating technical assessments when needed, and ensuring candidates meet hospital standards and job requirements.

Interview Coordination and Management – You will coordinate interviews by scheduling interview panels with department heads, medical directors, and hiring managers, coordinating with candidates across time zones, managing interview logistics, preparing interview guides and evaluation criteria, facilitating interview processes, gathering feedback, and ensuring positive candidate experiences.

Medical Licensing and Credentialing Coordination – You will coordinate medical licensing and credentialing by understanding DHA (Dubai Health Authority) licensing requirements, coordinating license applications and processing, managing MOE (Ministry of Education) attestation for degrees, supporting medical license verification and transfers, tracking licensing timelines, and ensuring clinical staff obtain necessary licenses for practice in Dubai.
