Key Responsibilities:

Source, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.

Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate industry.

Proven experience in the Dubai real estate secondary market is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
