Job Description
Recruitment Strategy and Execution: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, identify, and engage top talent across various roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, create targeted job postings, and ensure recruitment activities align with the company’s goals and standards.
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach: In this role, you will manage high-volume sourcing across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks. Your ability to connect with potential candidates proactively will help in building a strong pipeline for current and future openings. You will utilize your agency experience to identify and approach candidates effectively.
Screening and Assessment: You will perform thorough screening of resumes and conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Through well-defined assessment methods, you will ensure that only the most qualified candidates are recommended for further evaluation and final interviews.
Stakeholder Collaboration: As part of your responsibilities, you will work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and HR leaders to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process. You will provide updates on recruitment progress, share candidate insights, and contribute to strategic workforce planning discussions.
Candidate Experience and Relationship Management: Maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience is crucial in this position. You will communicate clearly with candidates at every stage, offering timely feedback and updates. Building long-term relationships with potential hires will be key to supporting future recruitment needs.
Data Management and Reporting: You will handle accurate documentation of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. By leveraging applicant tracking systems and data analytics, you’ll generate insightful recruitment reports to assess sourcing performance and identify process improvements.
