Job Description

Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aramex, you will play a critical role in driving recruitment strategies and ensuring the organization attracts top-tier talent. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, from identifying workforce needs to onboarding selected candidates. By being at the forefront of people operations, you will directly contribute to shaping the future workforce of Aramex in Dubai.

Recruitment Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across multiple business functions. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and design effective recruitment campaigns. Building strong talent pipelines will be essential to meet current and future workforce demands.

HR Support & Operations: In addition to recruitment, you will support HR operations by handling employee records, assisting in performance management processes, and coordinating with internal teams on workforce planning. This dual function ensures that the selected candidate develops both talent acquisition expertise and broader HR experience, making the role versatile and impactful.

Candidate Engagement: A vital part of this role is ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. From the first interaction to final onboarding, you will ensure candidates feel valued and respected. Maintaining transparent communication and timely feedback will strengthen Aramex’s employer brand and foster long-term professional relationships.

Stakeholder Management: This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including department heads and hiring managers. Your ability to manage expectations, present recruitment analytics, and provide insights on market trends will add value to business decision-making. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are key to success.

Performance & Development: You will be assessed on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and employee retention rates. The role also encourages professional growth, as Aramex invests in training and HR development initiatives.
