Job Description

Talent Acquisition Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring effective hiring solutions for a wide range of clients. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, and highly skilled in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Sourcing and Screening: You will be responsible for sourcing candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Reviewing resumes, screening applicants, and shortlisting the most suitable profiles will form an important part of your daily responsibilities.

Interview and Coordination: A key element of this position is to coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and timelines are respected. Your ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented will contribute significantly to the success of the hiring process.

Recruitment Operations: You will support the recruitment cycle by maintaining accurate records, tracking applicant progress, and ensuring that each stage of the process is well-documented. This includes updating recruitment trackers, handling scheduling conflicts, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Client Engagement: In addition to managing candidates, you will liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide progress updates, and build strong professional relationships. Your role will also involve advising clients on market availability and strategies to attract top talent.

Data Management and Reporting: Proficiency in tools like Excel will be used to prepare reports, analyze recruitment trends, and optimize sourcing strategies. This aspect of the role ensures efficiency and allows for data-driven decision-making in the hiring process.
