Job Overview: We are hiring a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team at Alameda Healthcare Group, supporting As-Salam International Hospital and Dar Al Fouad Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to recruit top-tier healthcare and non-clinical professionals for one of Egypt’s leading healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Sourcing & Screening: You will use various platforms to identify talent — from job portals to LinkedIn and internal databases. A key success factor will be your ability to assess candidates not just for skill fit, but also for cultural fit within the hospital environment.

Interview Coordination: You'll handle the scheduling and facilitation of interviews while keeping hiring managers and candidates informed at every stage. Communication and organization are key in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.

Candidate Experience: You will ensure a smooth and professional experience for all applicants, helping to strengthen the employer brand and attract high-caliber talent.

Reporting: You will track hiring metrics, prepare recruitment reports, and regularly update internal HR dashboards for review by senior leadership.
