Job Description

Recruitment Process: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles, particularly within the call center industry.

Sourcing Talent: Use various platforms and recruitment tools to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates who meet the organization’s hiring needs.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand current staffing needs and forecast future requirements.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed recruitment records, candidate databases, and ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.

Reporting: Utilize Excel to generate weekly recruitment reports, KPIs, and hiring metrics to keep management informed of progress.
