Strategic Hiring Responsibilities: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates for various roles within the real estate industry. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop customized hiring strategies.
Real Estate Sector Focus: Given the nature of our business, prior experience hiring for real estate roles—sales agents, leasing consultants, property managers, etc.—is essential. You should be comfortable with industry terminology, timelines, and expectations.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: You will utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, and internal databases to attract talent. Pre-screening and conducting initial interviews will be part of your daily workflow to ensure alignment with role needs and company culture.
Interview Coordination and Evaluation: Managing the interview process end-to-end, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection from internal teams, will be an essential part of your role.
Employer Branding and Outreach: You'll contribute to building Prestige One's employer brand by promoting job openings on social platforms, attending job fairs, and engaging in community recruitment efforts relevant to the real estate domain.
Reporting and Analytics: You’ll be responsible for generating weekly recruitment reports, analyzing hiring data, and providing actionable insights to improve the hiring pipeline and reduce time-to-hire metrics.
