Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. Core Responsibilities: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, post job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Experience and Background: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition is required. You should have a strong understanding of various recruiting methods, employment laws, and best HR practices, as well as the ability to attract top talent efficiently.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. You will be working with employees at all levels, and your ability to build relationships, listen actively, and provide clear feedback will be vital to your success.
Problem Solving and Integrity: The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Your judgment and professionalism will play a key role in managing the company’s talent pipeline.
Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced. You must be comfortable managing multiple open roles, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high standards.
