Overview:

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying and attracting high-quality candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to candidate onboarding

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team staffing needs

Create and post job advertisements across various platforms

Screen and shortlist candidates through resume review and initial interviews

Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews

Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems

Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers

Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM)

Experience in talent acquisition within the region
