Job Description / Role:
Drehomes Real Estate (DRE) is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE real estate market and be well-versed in recruitment processes. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
Role & Responsibilities:
Engage with candidates regarding open job opportunities.
Use social media to create content that attracts and engages candidates.
Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future job opportunities.
Post job adverts on social media platforms and monitor their performance.
Compile and prepare job adverts.
Liaise with the training team to ensure candidates are aware of start dates and interview schedules.
Collaborate with line managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Maintain a strong presence across all social media channels.
Represent both personal and company brands during the recruitment process.
Develop effective strategies to engage, retain, and attract new talent.
Requirements:
Experience: Mandatory experience in real estate with previous experience in a similar role in Dubai.
Skills: Strong customer service or sales skills, proficiency in using social media and staying updated with trends, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Advantageous: Recruitment experience within the UAE real estate market.
