Job Description

Cast AI is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its People team and help build the high-performing teams that power its continued global growth. As the leading Application Performance Automation platform for FinOps and Cloud Engineering teams running Kubernetes, Cast AI goes beyond monitoring and recommendations by using advanced machine learning to continuously analyse clusters and automatically optimise them in real time, cutting cloud costs, boosting performance, and improving security. This is a high-ownership, full-cycle recruiting role for a solutions-oriented talent professional based in Europe who is ready to partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-moving, globally distributed SaaS environment.

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across technical and Go-to-Market functions to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages from job briefing through offer, leveraging a variety of sourcing techniques including AI-powered recruitment solutions to attract diverse, top-tier talent across EMEA, AMER, and APAC markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, coaching them on best practices, structured interviewing, and candidate experience, and contribute to building scalable hiring processes that keep Cast AI's recruitment approach sharp and competitive as the company continues to expand globally.

The ideal candidate is based in Europe and brings four or more years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology start-up environment. You have a proven track record of hiring for both technical roles including Engineering, Product, and Data, and GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, on an international scale across EMEA, AMER, and APAC. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and speed matters, have hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or similar platforms, and are familiar with modern recruitment practices including the use of AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to push back and influence where needed, a demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent, and strong written and verbal English communication are all essential.

Cast AI offers a competitive gross salary of €4,000 to €5,000 per month depending on experience, a flexible remote-first global environment, equity options, ten percent of work time for personal projects or self-improvement, a learning budget including access to international conferences and courses, a team-building budget and company events, an equipment budget, and extra days off for a healthy work-life balance.
