Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our FinTech company. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting technical talent across European markets and have a deep understanding of the FinTech industry's unique talent requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of top-tier tech talent

Design and implement effective sourcing strategies

Manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

Conduct candidate assessments and interviews

Stay current with European tech market trends and talent pools

Create and optimize recruitment processes

Maintain recruitment metrics and analytics

Partner with hiring teams to define role requirements

Represent the company at recruitment events and tech forums

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly in European markets

Strong understanding of the FinTech industry and its talent needs

Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes

Track record of successful tech hiring campaigns

Excellent knowledge of modern recruiting tools and platforms

Required Skills

Outstanding sourcing and headhunting abilities

Strong relationship-building capabilities

Excellent candidate assessment skills

Effective communication and negotiation abilities

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Network within the European tech community

Experience Requirements

In-house recruitment experience preferred

Agency background focused on tech roles will be considered

Demonstrated success in FinTech or technology recruitment

Experience with technical role evaluation and assessment

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of European labor markets

Understanding of technical roles and requirements

Experience with recruitment technology and ATS systems

Background in financial services or FinTech recruitment
