Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract, assess, and hire top talent within the Oil & Gas sector. This role demands a keen understanding of industry dynamics, manpower requirements, and effective recruitment channels to ensure business continuity.

Core Responsibilities: The selected candidate will handle full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Strong networking skills and the ability to build a reliable candidate pipeline are essential.

Collaboration: The Talent Acquisition Officer will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide suitable talent solutions. Partnering with internal stakeholders to create workforce plans and align them with business goals will be part of the role.

Compliance: You will ensure all recruitment processes are carried out in line with UAE labor laws, organizational policies, and Oil & Gas sector requirements. Maintaining accurate and confidential recruitment records is a critical responsibility.

Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of EPC projects, oilfield operations, and talent requirements in the energy industry will enable the candidate to connect with professionals who fit both the technical and cultural needs of the organization.

Performance Monitoring: The role involves creating reports on recruitment activities, analyzing metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and recommending improvements for better efficiency and outcomes.
