Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Officer with prior experience working in a recruitment agency environment. This role requires someone who understands the dynamic nature of talent sourcing, candidate management, and recruitment strategies, with the ability to work in a fast-paced business setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the client’s HR function and ensuring top talent is identified and secured for multiple business divisions.

Key Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will manage multiple vacancies at the same time, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate journey from application to offer. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent pipelines, and industry benchmarks is essential for success in this role.

Recruitment Expertise: A background in recruitment agencies is highly preferred, as it ensures strong exposure to diverse industries and hiring needs. You will be expected to develop innovative sourcing strategies, use professional networks, job portals, and digital platforms to identify suitable candidates. The role will require a balance between speed of hiring and quality of talent, ensuring that only the best profiles are presented to the client’s management team.

Candidate Management: Beyond sourcing, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. This involves timely communication, interview preparation, feedback delivery, and building a positive candidate experience. Candidates should feel valued and respected, whether selected or not, as this reflects directly on the client’s employer brand.

Collaboration with Management: You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and department heads, offering insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability. This requires effective communication skills and the ability to guide stakeholders on realistic expectations regarding timelines and profiles. The role involves working closely with leadership to ensure talent strategies align with long-term organizational goals.

Performance & Reporting: The Talent Acquisition Officer will also be tasked with tracking recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate retention. Preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports will be essential to demonstrate performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to the overall recruitment process.
