Job Overview: We are currently hiring an Experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to support our client’s HR division in Abu Dhabi City. This role is specifically suited for individuals with a recruitment agency background who possess solid experience in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles. The selected candidate will be integral in building the organization’s workforce through strategic sourcing and timely placements.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Planning: You will take the lead in sourcing high-quality candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and internal databases. Your prior agency experience will enable you to adopt a fast-paced, results-driven approach to staffing across different functions. You will also work on workforce planning with hiring managers and strategize hiring campaigns for hard-to-fill roles.
Screening & Evaluation: As part of your core responsibilities, you will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate competencies, and ensure alignment with job requirements. Your role will require a sharp eye to identify strong matches quickly while keeping the recruitment funnel efficient and well-organized. Candidate evaluation will include both technical and soft skills assessments.
Stakeholder Engagement: You will collaborate closely with HR managers, department heads, and executive leadership to understand their talent needs and timelines. Your ability to manage expectations and provide timely updates will be key to maintaining a productive hiring pipeline. You’ll also provide hiring recommendations and assist in offer management and onboarding procedures.
Market Insight & Reporting: Utilizing your market knowledge, you will advise hiring teams on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends. You’ll also maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and cost-per-hire while generating detailed reports for HR and leadership teams. This data-driven approach will help in optimizing recruitment strategies moving forward.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement: This position also involves promoting the company’s image to potential candidates by sharing insights about the culture, mission, and values of the client organization. You will ensure that all candidate interactions are professional and timely, thereby contributing to a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience.
