About the Role

Property Shop Investment is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position plays a vital role in our human resources department, responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding

Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs

Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and create job descriptions

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations

Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring activities

Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation

Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment resources

Requirements

Previous experience in HR or a similar recruitment role

Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems

Knowledge of UAE labor laws (preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
