Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, developing talent acquisition strategies, and maintaining a strong employer brand in the competitive UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with company growth objectives

Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, professional networks, and industry contacts

Develop and optimize candidate sourcing channels specific to the real estate sector

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Create and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs

Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring activities

Organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations

Maintain the company's presence on professional networking sites and job boards

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the real estate sector

Proven track record of successful recruitment in the UAE market (Dubai/Abu Dhabi)

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Desired Skills & Attributes

Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines

Excellence in relationship building and networking

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment metrics

Experience with HR technology and digital recruitment tools

Strong employer branding and social media recruitment skills
