Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, developing talent acquisition strategies, and maintaining strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Conduct preliminary interviews and evaluate candidates

Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards

Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with department heads

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events

Maintain the company's applicant tracking system

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in UAE recruitment processes

Preferred Qualifications

HRCI or CIPD certification

Arabic language proficiency

Experience with recruitment in multiple industries

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Previous experience in a multinational company
