Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Officer. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, passionate about recruitment, and have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic and English.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Based in the UAE and ready to start immediately.
