Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager at Michael Page Dubai plays a crucial role in driving the organization’s recruitment excellence. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced HR professional capable of designing, executing, and refining hiring strategies that align with company goals. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process that identifies and attracts top-tier talent across all departments.

Key Responsibilities: You will lead all talent acquisition efforts, from developing job descriptions to final offer management. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating competencies, and maintaining strong pipelines for critical positions. The role also involves coordinating closely with department heads to forecast workforce needs, streamline hiring timelines, and ensure that recruitment aligns with business objectives.

Strategic Leadership: The Talent Acquisition Manager will contribute to organizational growth by implementing long-term strategies for attracting and retaining talent. You’ll enhance the employer brand through market outreach, digital presence, and engagement with professional communities. Your focus will be on creating a proactive recruitment approach that minimizes hiring gaps and builds a sustainable talent pool for future expansion.

Process Optimization: A major part of this role involves improving recruitment systems and tools. You’ll evaluate hiring performance metrics, optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) functionality, and propose innovative sourcing techniques. By continuously improving efficiency, you’ll ensure the company remains competitive in the UAE’s dynamic talent market while delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Collaboration and Communication: You will serve as a bridge between management and potential hires, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the hiring process. Internally, you’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience. Externally, you’ll manage partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to strengthen outreach.

Employee Experience & Diversity Focus: Beyond filling vacancies, you will play a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. You’ll develop initiatives that ensure fair hiring practices and encourage representation across all levels. A focus on employee engagement, brand reputation, and candidate relationship management will define your success in this role.
