Duties & Responsibilities:

Join one of the leading global B2B Retail firms as a Talent Acquisition Manager in Dubai, where you will be responsible for aligning business strategy with talent attraction and retention. Your duties will include:

Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop proactive recruitment plans.

Utilizing various recruitment methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and online platforms, to attract top talent.

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Evaluating recruitment metrics and performance data to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Collaborating with HR partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience and alignment with organizational culture and values.

Providing leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

10-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in global tech, consulting, engineering, or electronics companies.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
