Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. If you're enthusiastic about hiring top talent and creating impactful recruitment strategies, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: You will lead and support hiring across multiple departments and brands, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all recruitment needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies tailored for the F&B, hospitality, and hotel industries. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives. Utilize modern recruitment tools and platforms to identify top candidates.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and deliver timely results. Provide strategic input on talent planning.

Branding & Experience: Drive employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and attract top-tier candidates. Promote a people-first approach throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

MUST have previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or hotel industries

Strong skills in candidate sourcing, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement

Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple vacancies at once

Excellent communication and organizational skills
