Job Description / Role
Keeta is seeking an experienced Talent Management Leader to drive and enhance our talent management processes across multiple countries and cultures. This role involves designing and managing talent processes, improving execution, and contributing to cross-company talent initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous environments, have a strong drive for results, and possess excellent communication and program management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management Execution:
Design and implement the overall talent review strategy focusing on critical talent issues, including succession planning, talent development, long-term talent planning, and organizational reviews.
Enhance and oversee executive-level talent activities such as talent reviews, career development, and human capital planning.
Process Development and Management:
Embrace ambiguity by creating and structuring processes where none exist.
Manage the integration of various talent management activities, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate clearly and concisely with multiple stakeholders through written and verbal methods.
Regularly produce documentation to share ideas, proposals, and updates.
Business Understanding and Relationship Building:
Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and their priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with central team talent leaders, HR business partners, and executives.
Innovation and Problem-Solving:
Innovate simple yet effective solutions to address talent challenges.
Use data and research to inform recommendations and continuously improve talent management practices.
Program Management and Execution:
Apply program management expertise to lead the organization through talent management activities.
Make high-judgment decisions while balancing tactical and strategic work.
Data-Driven Analysis:
Conduct research, pilot new ideas, and use data to validate hypotheses and inform talent management practices.
Resourcefulness:
Demonstrate resourcefulness in finding solutions and answers to complex problems.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in partnering with senior executives and managing complex programs with demonstrated impact.
Skills:
Expertise in talent management execution, including performance assessment, long-term planning, and promotion.
Experience in writing internal communications for executive audiences.
Strong program management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity and build structure where needed.
Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 50,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
