Role Responsibilities: In this position, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and closing candidates. You’ll partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and quality hires that align with business goals.

Bulk Hiring Focus: This role heavily emphasizes bulk or mass hiring, especially for entry to mid-level positions across customer service, tech, and operations. The ability to manage high-volume pipelines, work under pressure, and deliver within tight deadlines is essential for success in this position.

Candidate Engagement: You’ll be responsible for maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This includes prompt communication, interview coordination, feedback collection, and onboarding assistance. Your communication and interpersonal skills will play a key role in creating a positive impression of the company.

Recruitment Strategy: You are expected to bring innovation to sourcing strategies by using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment drives. Familiarity with ATS tools and data-driven hiring metrics will support process efficiency and continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Reporting: The recruiter will work closely with HRBPs and department heads to fulfill headcount requirements. Regular reporting on recruitment progress, conversion ratios, and candidate quality will be part of your weekly deliverables.
