Candidate Engagement:

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation. The role requires sophisticated interviewing techniques to assess both industry expertise and cultural fit within our premium real estate environment.

Market Intelligence:

Your responsibilities include analyzing Dubai's real estate employment trends and advising leadership on competitive hiring strategies. You'll maintain deep knowledge of commission structures, market shifts, and in-demand specializations.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or luxury services. Fluency in English plus Russian, Hindi, or Arabic is mandatory to engage our diverse candidate pool effectively.

Technical Requirements:

Advanced ATS proficiency is essential, along with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job platforms. Your ability to optimize CVs for applicant tracking systems will be regularly tested in this high-volume recruitment role.
