About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, helping to identify and attract top talent for our diverse portfolio of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and tracking systems

Create and update job descriptions

Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates

Attend job fairs and recruitment events

Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders

Support employer branding initiatives

Assist in onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of recruitment experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations

Preferred Skills

Experience in multiple industries

Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies

Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools

Additional language skills

Experience with recruitment marketing

Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
