Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Director will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the recruitment strategies of a leading construction and contracting group in Dubai. This executive-level position is tailored for an HR professional with extensive recruitment experience, particularly in managing large-scale hiring across the UAE.

Strategic Recruitment Leadership: The successful candidate will be responsible for building, implementing, and refining a sustainable recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization’s growth plans. This involves identifying key talent pipelines, managing workforce planning, and overseeing senior-level hires to ensure the company attracts top industry professionals.

Industry-Specific Focus: Given the company’s position in the construction and contracting sector, the Talent Acquisition Director will bring deep knowledge of the regional market and an understanding of specialized skill sets needed in engineering, project management, and operational roles. The ability to source and engage candidates for niche roles in this sector will be a strong advantage.

Stakeholder Management: The role requires close collaboration with C-level executives and department heads to align hiring priorities with business needs.
