Job Description

Al Tayer Insignia LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with experience in recruitment or onboarding and will play a key role in supporting the HR department's recruitment processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Documentation & Compliance:

Complete all necessary documentation related to the selection process, including antecedent verification, visa requirement paperwork, and feedback communication to unsuccessful candidates.

Ensure timely and accurate system updates, report generation, and record-keeping.

Onboarding & Induction:

Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs with the concerned departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Recruitment Support:

Provide recruitment assistance to senior HR team members when required, handling end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, from sourcing to selection, in accordance with the recruitment policy and established processes.

Organize and conduct selection processes, including arranging interviews, administering trade tests (where applicable), and shortlisting/selecting suitable candidates to meet the company’s manpower needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in a recruitment or onboarding role.

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office.

Exposure to HR software solutions would be an advantage.

Strong command of English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and manage negotiations with candidates and internal stakeholders.
