Job Description:

As a Systems Administrator at Care Professional Services, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the company's servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components. This role requires ensuring the security and reliability of IT systems, managing user accounts, and providing technical support to users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Implement security measures to protect IT systems and data.

Perform regular backups and develop recovery plans to ensure data integrity.

Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system-related issues.

Respond to system outages and performance issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of network and system administration.

Experience with IT security and data protection best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
