Duties & Responsibilities:
As a System Support Analyst at Dautom in Ajman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of various internal applications like CRM, ATM/CCDM, and other production systems. You will collaborate closely with IT, production, and quality assurance teams to meet organizational goals and maintain system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support:
Work closely with IT, production, and quality assurance departments to support their operational needs.
Ensure that production systems align with organizational goals and standards.
Issue Resolution:
Manage and resolve any issues identified during testing phases promptly and effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, resolutions, and trends for management.
Monitoring and Maintenance:
Continuously monitor production systems, track performance metrics, and identify deviations from expected behavior.
Address potential issues proactively to prevent system downtime and disruptions.
Incident Management:
Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve problems quickly to minimize impact and downtime.
Maintenance Tasks:
Schedule and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of systems.
Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to hardware, software, and other system components as needed.
Security Measures:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and potential threats.
Incident Management Strategies:
Develop and implement incident management strategies to quickly address and mitigate system failures or disruptions.
Requirements:
Experience:
7-10 years of experience as a System Support Analyst or similar role.
Experience in managing internal applications like CRM, ATM/CCDM systems in a production environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
Knowledge of incident management and ITIL practices.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability:
Must be available to work on a 24x7 basis to ensure the availability of applications and customer services.
