Position Overview:

Dicetek LLC is looking for a proficient System Analyst with a strong background in the banking industry, specifically in cards and lending. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting system analysis, and managing projects. This role requires expertise in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Ensure alignment of requirements with business goals and objectives.

2. System Analysis:

Conduct detailed system analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Develop and document system design and functional specifications.

Ensure systems meet the functional and non-functional requirements.

3. Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from inception to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues.

4. SQL and Data Analysis:

Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

Develop and maintain data models and database designs.

Perform data analysis to support decision-making and reporting.

5. Reporting:

Create and maintain reports using various reporting tools.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Provide insights and recommendations based on report findings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in the banking industry with strong experience in cards and lending.

Proficient in requirement gathering, system analysis, and project management.

Strong experience with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
