About the Role

UHRS - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. As a System Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining a wide range of critical IT systems and technologies that form the backbone of our operations. You'll work with different Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Windows Servers and Clients, System Centre Configuration Manager, System Centre Operations Manager, Office 365, and Azure cloud services. Your expertise will be essential in managing File, Print, DNS, DHCP, and WINS Servers to ensure seamless connectivity and resource availability across the organization.

You'll play a key role in maintaining our Dell-EMC VxRail Hyper-Converged Infrastructure and VMware Virtualization environment, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability. Additionally, you'll provide support for our Citrix XenApp and NetScaler infrastructure, enabling secure remote access and application delivery for our users. Monitoring and maintaining the Riverbed SteelFusion Hyper-Converged Infrastructure for our branch offices will also be a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring consistent performance and data availability across multiple locations.

Your day-to-day activities will involve troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing system updates and patches, performing regular maintenance tasks, monitoring system performance, and ensuring all infrastructure components are running efficiently and securely. You'll collaborate with other IT team members and stakeholders to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Your ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices will help drive continuous improvement in our IT operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator with at least five years of hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, and professional certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), VCP (VMware Certified Professional), or equivalent credentials are highly desired as they demonstrate your technical expertise and commitment to professional development.

You should have a solid understanding of Servers, Storage, Networks, Virtualization, and Applications, with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex IT environments. Hands-on theoretical knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft technologies, VMware virtualization platforms, Citrix solutions, Veeam backup and recovery systems, and Riverbed infrastructure optimization tools are essential for success in this role.

We're seeking a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team, someone who demonstrates excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are important as you'll need to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. What We Offer

This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on client needs and your performance. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from AED 7,000 to AED 8,500 per month, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
