Position Overview: The System Administrator (Arabic Speaker) will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure. The role requires a professional who can ensure reliable system performance, secure data, and efficient IT operations across all departments.

Infrastructure Management: The candidate will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and workstations. They will monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize IT resources to support the company’s operational needs.

Security and Compliance: The System Administrator will implement and maintain IT security policies, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and backup procedures. They will ensure compliance with company standards and UAE IT regulations, minimizing risks and protecting sensitive data.

Technical Support: The role involves providing technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting productivity tools. The specialist will ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation for all users.

System Upgrades and Monitoring: The candidate will manage software updates, system patches, and hardware upgrades while monitoring system logs and alerts. They will also conduct regular audits to ensure the IT environment remains secure and efficient.

Collaboration and Documentation: The System Administrator will work closely with other IT staff, management, and department heads to plan IT initiatives and document all system configurations, procedures, and policies for operational consistency.
