Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing detailed site plans, and ensuring the accuracy of all construction measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land surveys and prepare detailed site plans and reports.

Measure and record precise data on site locations, elevations, and dimensions.

Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

Provide technical advice and guidance to construction teams regarding survey results.

Ensure all surveying activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure accurate project execution.

Maintain and update records of survey data, maps, and drawings.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse construction surveying.

Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to interpret and analyze complex data.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
