Position Overview: AlRajhi Building and Construction is seeking a highly skilled Surveying Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and precision of all surveying operations that support the development of large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: The Surveying Engineer will perform land, topographic, and boundary surveys, prepare maps and layouts, and verify design coordinates. They will collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and site supervisors to provide precise data and assist in resolving design discrepancies. The role also involves preparing survey reports, maintaining digital data records, and ensuring that all work aligns with project and safety standards.

Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate must be proficient in using Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software to collect and process accurate geospatial data. Experience in preparing as-built drawings, performing layout verifications, and understanding coordinate systems is essential. The role requires the ability to analyze survey data, generate detailed reports, and provide insights that support design and construction teams.

Project Coordination: The Surveying Engineer will coordinate closely with on-site and off-site teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with engineering designs. They will verify subcontractor work, oversee layout implementations, and maintain up-to-date survey documentation.
